Get your crew: Homes range from 3 to 7 bedrooms. Figure out your roommates ASAP!
First come, first served: The faster you choose roommates, the better house you get.
Location: Most homes are clustered together, but some are a few minutes' drive along the lake road. Fast bookers get the main cluster!
Money: Each house requires its own separate deposit. You and your roommates must handle your own deposit together.

Scott Lakes Properties was established back in 2006 with one Upper Scott Lakefront home. We now host 17 homes across 22 total listings, some of which either sit on or have access to either Upper or Lower Scott Lake, or Scott Creek. Our listings encompass 16 separate properties, feature five dual-home options and now one 4-home option, and we’ve recently added 3.5 miles of walking/hiking trails covering 83 acres. All homes include fire pits and park-style charcoal grills, along with some type of deck, patio, or porch area—or all three, in some cases! All of our lake access homes include hot tubs, and we’ve just added our first group sports-themed properties with the opening of our Home Field Hideaway and Timber Trails Retreat this spring.
